These will be done through five tiers, each focusing on a specific subsection of skills that are important for successful goal attainment. 

 

When we establish a goal, we are essentially instructing our brains to modify or develop new behaviours and attain them as it affects the organisation of our neurons. This course is an easy-to-follow, comprehensive guide to achieving any academic or project-based goal. The broad nature of the tips and tricks taught enables your skills to be transferable across a wide range of situations. 

 

Each subskill will be organised into one of the five following categories.

Tier 3 - Flow State Optimisation for Focus

Tier 4 - Rest Timing Optimisation for Focus

Tier 5 - Habit Building
