How?

We plan to teach you how to achieve any academic or project-based goal by teaching you five key skills. Building these skills and forming habits requires a lot of hard work. Furthermore, there are many nuances in the process of achieving goals that many may often neglect. However, we've got you covered. Our Five Tiers are both comprehensive and informative. The information given can be implementable straight away through the manageable tasks at the end of each sub-lesson. 

Here is a brief description of each of the skills covered. 


Tier 1 - Strategic goal setting 

In Tier One, you will learn about how to set realistic and achievable goals. You will also learn the science behind strategic thinking and how this can be utilised to achieve your goals. 


Tier 2 - Task and Time Management 

In Tier Two you will learn the essential organisational skills involved in planning and managing time and tasks. You will learn the basics of keeping a good schedule, how to prioritise tasks, and how to stick to your schedule.  


Tier 3 - Flow State Optimisation for Focus

In Tier Three you will learn how to optimise focus while doing tasks and how to maintain this focus for long periods. This includes learning the theory behind a “Flow State” and how to utilise your environment to ensure you can maintain a  “Flow State” 


Tier 4 - Rest Timing Optimisation for Focus

In Tier Four you will learn the crucial role that rest has for focus and general productivity levels. You will learn techniques needed to prioritise rest with easily implementable examples. 


Tier 5 - Habit Building 

In Tier Five you will learn how to build productive habits to ensure times of work and focus remain uninterrupted. You will also learn how to critically reflect and experiment on your approach to habit building to maximise success.
